Myrtis Loraine Browning

August 8, 1922 - January 26, 2010

Biography

On January 26, 2010 Myrtis Loraine Browning began her journey from Waco, Texas, on what surely must be a first class trip to heaven to be with her youngest son Donald Morgan (Don). She leaves behind her husband and best friend, Carroll Morgan, of over 65 years, having shared the best life has to offer. She will be missed by her son Robert (Bob) and his wife Angie who reside in Plano, Texas and her brother and his wife, Lloyd and Norma Allen, who reside in New Iberia, Louisiana. Five grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren know that she will be watching over them: Amanda Browning of Plano, Texas; Ben and Leslie Browning of Atlanta, Georgia, and their son Matthew; Blair and Kelli Browning of Parker, Colorado, and their children Brooklynn and Carter; Chris and Kim Browning of Castle Rock, Colorado, and their children Tara and Tyler; and Ted Browning of Waco, Texas. Myrtis never met anyone who did not become her friend. Her family requests that in lieu of flowers, her friends (and she has many) may make a contribution to the American Cancer Society. The family will be holding a private celebration of her life at her home in Waco. Please sign the on-line register book at www.gracegardensfh.com.
