Biography

Martha Jordan Smith, 78, of Waco passed away Saturday, January 30, 2010 with her family by her side. A private graveside service will be Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in Carlton, Texas.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Culmer and Nioma Jordan; and husband James “Hico” Smith. Martha is survived by children, Jim Smith of Round Rock, and Cindy Smith Oden and husband Randy of Hewitt. She is also survived by grandchildren Joshua Jones of Hewitt, and Lindsey Oden Skinner and husband Travis of Hewitt. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Baylor University Music Department.
