Reba (Robins) Painter

Reba Painter of Hewitt passed away suddenly, Oct. 18, 2019, at the age of 75.   A memorial visitation to celebrate her life will be 4 p.m. Monday Oct. 21, 2019, at the home of her daughter, Linda Lineweaver.

Mrs. Painter was born Dec. 9, 1943, in Walsh, Colorado, the daughter of the late Robert Eugene and Hattie Mae (Brown) Robins.  In 1961, she graduated from Antonio High School in Colorado.  For many years she served as a bookkeeper for financial intuitions and was an owner of various bowling alleys in Colorado and New Mexico along with her late husband, Fred Painter.

Throughout her life, she enjoyed baking, crocheting, antiquing and playing the Piano for various churches in Colorado.

Also preceding her in death was her husband Fred Kenneth Painter, a brother Marion Bush and a sister Allene Frazee.

Survivors include a daughter Linda Lineweaver; brothers, Robert Robins, Jr. and wife Barbara, Gary Robins and wife Suzan; five grandchildren, Shawn Lineweaver, Brittany Craig and husband Cole, Shannon Lineweaver, Cassandra Ingleton, Eric Lineweaver; five great grandchildren, Taylor Rockstad, Victoria Rockstad, Haidyn Craig, Bryce Craig and Hailey Lytle.
