Bryon Lynn Compton

Bryon Lynn Compton died unexpectedly on September 1st, 2023 in Hewitt, Texas at the age of 52.

Bryon is survived by his wife, Jannette; children, MacGuire(Nicholle), Camden; father, Mike; siblings, RaShelle ‘Bean’ North, Mickey Hall, Joe Trujillo, Tamara Davis, Ryan Mathewson; dogs, Starr, Solo, and BD. He is preceded in death by his dogs Rey and Bella; in-laws, Alicia and Alfred Gendorf.

Bryon was born on May 10th, 1971 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Mike and Judy Compton. He graduated from McLennan Community College in 2011 with a degree in Accounting. He married Jannette, the love of his life and his bunny, in 1996. Over 27 years, the couple welcomed 2 children into their life.

His wife remembers him as a patient, dedicated husband who cared deeply about her happiness and well-being. His children remember him as a sports-loving, kind, and caring father who loved celebrating life over delicious meals.

Bryon was passionate about his family, Boston Red Sox, Utah Utes, and Utah Jazz. He was a generous person who loved supporting his wife and children and who was skilled at making everyone feel loved and cared for.

In lieu of a funeral and service, he will be cremated and there will be a celebration barbecue at a later date. All are welcome to celebrate Bryon’s life.
