Carolyn Mae Scott

Carolyn Mae (Hennig) Scott was born May 11, 1938, in Coryell City to August Herbert and Agnes Lillian (Mueller) Hennig. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith at St. John Lutheran Church in Coryell City.

She married her High School sweetheart, Clarence Scott on December 8, 1956, at St. John Lutheran Church.

After marriage she became a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church where she was a devoted Christian and dedicated her life to her church and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents – August Herbert and Lillian (Mueller) Hennig. Sisters Florene Westerfield, Leola Shoaf, Viola Truss, Marilyn Lippe.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years – Clarence Scott, 3 daughters – Teresa Dorris and husband David, Tammy Luedeker and husband Jeff, Donna Bullard and husband Daryle and son Randall Scott all of Crawford.

Grandchildren Tobi Campbell and husband Matt, Sunny Ellis and husband Travis, Troy Luedeker, Savannah Dorris, Ryan Scott, Luke Scott and Derek Bullard.

Great Grandkids Macy Campbell, Saylor Ellis, Maddox Campbell and Hudson Ellis.

Many Nieces, Nephews and all she claimed as her own.

A visitation with the family will be 10am, Thursday, January 29th, 2026 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Crawford.  A Funeral Service will follow at 11am at the church and committal at St. Paul Memorial Park in Crawford.
