Charles Ray Langlotz, 71, of Waco, passed away Monday, November 2, 2015, following a courageous battle with cancer. A funeral service has been scheduled at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 6, 2015, at Grace Gardens Funeral Home with Father Isidore Rozycki officiating, followed by a burial at Waco Memorial Park. A visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home.
Charles was born in Waco on July 20, 1944 to Arthur C. and Mary Alice Langlotz.
Charles graduated from Reicher Catholic High School in 1962. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Baylor University in 1970 and a Masters of Education from Stephen F. Austin in 1977. He worked as a school business administrator for over 30 years. Following retirement, he continued keeping books and taxiing his grandkids.
Charles enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He loved Baylor football, cooking out and listening to music.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur C. Langlotz and his brother, Jimmy Langlotz.
He was survived by his loving wife, Lisa Langlotz, his three daughters; Melinda Hedrick and her husband, Brent, Lorie Macon, Triniti Hall and her husband, Andrew, one son, Alec Price and his wife Carla, his mother Mary Alice Langlotz, a sister, Dona Baker, four grandchildren; Tinsley Hedrick, Ella Hedrick, Porter Hall and Delaney Hall.
