Charles Martin Thompson

Charles Martin Thompson, 84, of Hewitt, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 surrounded by his sons.  There will be no services.

Charles was born January 2, 1938 to Jesse and Beulah Thompson in Hazlehurst, Georgia.  He attended school in Georgia.  He joined the United States Air Force during the Korena War, where he was stationed in Alaska.  After serving his country he continued being a fireman and paramedic.  He enjoyed all water activities, including fishing, and skiing.  He also enjoyed winning at cards.

He is survived by his three sons, Mark and his wife Deanna, Bruce, and Paul.
