On October 6, 2026 Diane Elaine Kevil went home to the LORD. She passed peacefully at her daughter’s residence in Eddy Texas. Diane was born Diane Elaine Rogers to Irene and William Calvin Rogers on November 3, 1945. Diane grew up in Speegleville and lived her adult life there on family property. Diane married Billy Dwight Kevil on November 6, 1964. They had three children, Brian, Lisa and Jason Kevil. During her life Diane worked at Gibson, she sold Avon and raised her three children. She was a loving wife and mother who was involved in her kid’s life while they grew up. She was a room mother, Den mother for her sons in scouts, she was a troop leader for her daughter in girl scouts she attended all activities from football, band and livestock shows. After raising her children, she pursued her love of animals. Diane loved her animals; she had all types of animals. She had a pet Brahma bull, donkeys, Goats, a crazy rooster only she could handle, miniature horses and numerous dogs. She also had pet parrots and a cockatoo named Winston.

Diane was always willing to help anyone in need with any problem. She loved unconditionally and had strength like none other.

Diane is preceded in death by her parents William Calvin Rogers, Irene Rogers, and her Husband Billy Dwight Kevil.

She is survived by her son Brian Kevil and his wife Marion Kevil, Daughter Lisa Kevil, son Jason Kevil and his wife Angela Kevil, Grandson Jacob Kevil and his wife Megan Kevil, Granddaughter Meghan Kevil and Granddaughter Malorie Kevil.

The Kevil Family would like to say a special thanks to Angela Kevil who cared for her mother-in-law for two years and Laura Lee Cevantaz who was Diane’s daytime caregiver for the past few months.
