In Loving Memory of Donna Faye Critchfield (Thompson)

Donna Faye Critchfield (Thompson), born on December 21, 1970, in Oneonta, Alabama, passed from this life surrounded by the love of her family.

Donna was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Edward Critchfield; her daughter, Dalana Finn, and her husband, Aaron Finn, of Granger, Texas; and her son, Dylan Critchfield of Gatesville, Texas.

She was the beloved daughter of Fay Thompson of McGregor, Texas. Donna is also survived by her brother, Jeff Thompson, and his wife, Rachel, of Oneonta, Alabama; and her sister, Vickie Zarate, and her husband, Jose, of McGregor, Texas. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces, great-nieces, nephews, and great-nephews who will forever cherish the memories they shared with her.

Donna was preceded in death by her father, Virgil Thompson; her brother, Daryl Thompson; and two beloved angel babies.

Donna’s life was filled with love, family, cherished memories, and battles that only those closest to her could truly understand. Through everything she endured, she remained a cherished part of the lives of those who loved her.

Her absence leaves a space that can never be filled. Her family will miss her voice, her presence, her smile, and all the little things that made her uniquely Donna. Though their hearts are broken, they take comfort in knowing that she is now free from pain and at peace in the arms of God.

Donna’s memory will live on through her children, her family, and every person whose life she touched.

She may be gone from our sight, but she will never be gone from our hearts. Until we meet again, Donna. Rest peacefully, You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
