Eddie Treadaway

It is with love and gratitude that we celebrate the life of Eddie Treadaway, who took his final breath on November 8, 2025. Born on June 12, 1951, Eddie grew up in North Waco and made Waco his lifelong home.

A proud graduate of Waco High School, Eddie answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the U.S. Army. He spent four years stationed in Stuttgart, Germany, where he built lifelong memories and friendships before returning home to begin the next chapter of his life.

Eddie was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nancy Carolyn Treadaway. He leaves behind his devoted daughter, Kristina, and cherished granddaughter, Zoe, who were the light of his life.

A man of quiet faith and simple joys, Eddie found peace in studying his Bible and sharing good meals at his favorite Vietnamese restaurant. He also loved exploring the Japanese and botanical gardens in Fort Worth—places that reflected his appreciation for beauty, serenity, and the wonder of creation.

Eddie’s life was marked by love, loyalty, and a gentle spirit that touched all who knew him. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

A time of visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home.
