Floyd Harold Neal

Floyd Neal passed into the arms of Jesus October 8, 2025 at his home. Floyd was born September 17, 1948 in Waco, TX to Goerge and Mary Neal. Floyd was educated in the Waco area after which he began his fifty-year career as a painter. Floyd received satisfaction in making his customers happy with quality work.

On June 26, 1980 Floyd married Cecelia, and they cherished their forty-five years together.

As a young person, Floyd took pleasure in hobbies such as raising calves for 4H and playing football. He was a long-time member of Mooreville Methodist Church in Mooreville, TX where he enjoyed worship and the fellowship of brothers and sisters in Christ.

Floyd was preceded in death by his parents George and Mary Neal; sister Wanda Clevelin; daughter Rebecca Edwards; and brother Billy Jack Neal.

He is survived by his loving wife Cecelia; daughter Tracy Maddox; son Billy Neal; sister Judy Chaney; brother Jerry Neal; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Mooreville Methodist Church on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
