Mark Anthony Lopez, Jr., known for his endearing personality and kindhearted nature passed away on February 6, 2024. Born on April 11, 1991, in Waco, Texas, Mark brought joy and laughter to the lives of all those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Mark attended AJ Moore School during his formative years. It was during this time that he discovered his love for football. Although Mark's time as a player may have been short-lived, his enthusiasm for the game remained. Mark most recently worked at Reinforced Steel Construction, where he dedicated his time, and he left a mark on those he worked alongside.

Mark had a charismatic personality that could light up the room. His playful nature made him the life of every gathering. One of Mark's greatest virtues was his sense of humor. He had an uncanny ability to find the funny side of any situation and bring smiles to the faces of those around him.

Beyond his playful exterior, Mark possessed a truly caring and compassionate soul. This compassionate heart shone by the way he loved his fiancé, Ana. He went out of his way to lend a helping hand to those in need. He was humble, never seeking recognition for his selfless deeds.

Family meant everything to Mark, and his love for them knew no bounds. He adored spending quality time with them, creating treasured memories that will forever be cherished. His relationships were rooted in unconditional love and provided solace and support for those he cared for.

Mark had a range of interests and hobbies that brought joy to his life. Rap music held a special place in his heart. Beyond music, Mark was also known for his affinity for grillz and rims, which reflected his unique sense of self. In his leisure time, Mark enjoyed the company of friends and family. Whether it was cheering on the Dallas Cowboys together or simply enjoying each other's company, these moments brought immense happiness into his life.

Mark is survived by a loving family who will forever keep his memory alive.

His mother, Kristy Ann Garcia Saucedo, and father, Steve Saucedo hold him close within their hearts. His father, Mark Lopez and wife Kristi. His fiancé, Ana Sanchez. His sisters, Brianna Saucedo, Adrianna Amador and husband Luis. His brothers, Steven Saucedo and wife Emma, Jaycee Saucedo, Kaleb Saucedo, Anthony Lopez and Carlos Lopez. His grandparents, Gina and Edward Hernandez, Tony and Mary Saucedo, Ray and Mona Garcia, and Teresa Rodriguez. His great grandma Gloria Guerrero. His aunts and uncles, Mary and Dustin Uptmore, Pete and Ginger Lopez. In addition, Mark leaves behind his nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Mark was preceded in death by his Uncle Stacy Guerrero, Frank Guerrero, and Avaristo and Paula Garcia.

The honorary pallbearers will be Stacey Guerrero, Jr. (Bubba) and Joel Lopez.

Mark Anthony Lopez, Jr.'s impact on the lives of others is immeasurable. His playful spirit, kindhearted nature, and unyielding love for his family have left an indelible imprint on all those who had the privilege to know him.
