Matthew Ash

Biography

Matthew Wyatt Ash was born on November 29, 1987, to Merle and Vicki Ash, at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas. He passed away on December 3, 2009, at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center. Visitation will be Saturday, December 5, from 6-8 pm, and First Baptist Church of Moody. A funeral service will be held Monday, December 7, at 2 pm, at First Baptist Church of Moody. Burial will immediately follow at Moody Cemetery.

Matt was attending ATI trade school to pursue a career in HVAC. Matt loved sports, video games, and anything outdoors.

Matt is survived by his parents; two brothers, Bubba Ash and his wife Joy, and Michael Ash and his wife Charlotte; four nieces; one nephew; his fiance Jessica; one grandmother, Mina Brown; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Matt had many friends, and we will miss him dearly.
