Patricia Ann Denman, a cherished Mother, Grandmother, and Daughter, peacefully departed this world on October 2, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on January 11, 1957, in Waco, Texas,, affectionately known as Patty, was the daughter of Joseph Cendrowski and Eleanore Staas-Cendrowski. Throughout her life, she embraced her roles with love and dedication, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Patty’s legacy is carried on by her loving son, Matthew Denman; her devoted daughter, April Lance; and her beloved granddaughter, Addison Lance. She possessed a profound love for animals, especially cats, reflecting her compassionate nature. In addition to her passion for animals, Patty had a vibrant career in residential real estate, where she thrived as a house flipper and a small business owner. Her keen eye for interior decorating and design made her a natural in her field, allowing her to create beautiful spaces that brought joy to others.
Retiring from the First National Bank of Central Texas, Patty served in the Loan Department for several years, where her commitment to her work was evident and respected. Beyond her professional achievements, she was an incredibly proud mother and grandmother, cherishing every moment spent with her family.
Patty's warm heart and generous spirit touched the lives of many, including family, friends, and former co-workers, who will forever remember her kindness. A memorial service to honor her life will be held on October 28th at Grace Gardens Funeral Home.
Her absence leaves a significant void, yet her contributions to those around her will continue to resonate through the memories shared and the love she imparted. Patricia Ann Denman will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
