Patricia “Patti” Michele Rankin

Patricia “Patti” Michele Rankin, 71, of Waco, Texas, passed away after a brief battle with cancer on August 8, 2025.

Patti was born in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri to Robert and Jane Connelly. She was a wonderful mother, faithful friend, avid reader (especially the work of Stephen King), and fierce ally to those who needed one.

Patti is preceded in death by her parents as well as her brothers, Michael and Frank and is survived by her brother Dennis Connelly and his family, her sister Jean and her family, as well as her sons, Harrison and Scott.

A celebration of life will be held October 5th at Grace Gardens Funeral Home in Woodway, Texas with an accompanying live stream.
