Randy Rape

Randy Eugene Rape, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025 at his home in Bruceville-Eddy, Texas, at the age of 72. A memorial visitation in his honor will be at 10:00am, Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home.

Born on August 4, 1953, in Hillsboro, Randy grew up in Blum, where he attended Blum High School and was a proud multi-sport athlete. He later graduated from Tarleton State University. Randy lived a life marked by hard work, deep love for his family, and a strong sense of community. He dedicated over 40 years of service to Huck/Alcoa, where he was known for his reliability, integrity, and leadership.

Randy was a proud member and Past Worshipful Master of the M. Denton Stanford Masonic Lodge #594 in Lorena, Texas, where he formed lifelong friendships and served with honor.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Harriett; his brothers Don (Linda) Rape and Johnny (Wonda) Rape; his children Tracy (Scott) Hayes, Bill (Marla) Pennell, Randi Rape, and Shannon Rape; grandchildren Taylor (Chris) Comer, Kelsey (Justin) Jacobs, Tucker Pennell, Raegan (TJ) Raguse, Reese (Alexis) Pennell, Kadyn Rape, Lexie Dashner, Bryce Brewington, and Jace Dashner; and seven great-grandchildren who brought him endless joy.

Known affectionately as “Pa Pa,” Randy will be remembered for his warm heart, steady presence, and the love he poured into his family. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the memories he helped create.
