Reba Waltz

Reba Walts, 80, of Waco, passed away September 17, 2026. She was born August 28, 1946, in Waco, to William Howard and Lilah Dene (Kemp) Holley.

Reba was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 38 years, John Walts; her sisters, Ann Shilling and Nancy Treadway; and her brothers, Billy Holley, James F. “Jim” Holley, and Gene Holley.

She is survived by her niece, Deborah Dawn “Debbie” Monahan, and many other beloved nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her stepson, James Walts; her nephew Israel Davis, whom she helped raise; and dear friends.

Reba worked for approximately 20 years at Texas State Technical College. A country girl at heart, she loved horses, trail rides, dogs, and her beloved Yorkie, Yoni. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for 45 years.

A celebration of Reba’s life will be held Friday, October 2, 2026, at 4 p.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to share their memories of her.

Aunt Reba, you were deeply loved, and you will be dearly missed.
