Richard Sterlin Speck

Richard Sterlin Speck , 61, of Waco, Texas was welcomed into Heaven by his parents, April 6, 2023.

He was born June 9, 1961 to Billie and Robert Speck in Waco, Texas.  He was the oldest of three children.  His family loved him dearly.

He will be laid to rest with his parents in the family plot in Mt. Calm at a later date.
