Robert Navarro, 59, of the Waco area, passed away on July 3, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family and the countless memories he leaves behind. Born on Cinco de Mayo, Robert truly lived life as a celebration. His joyful spirit, contagious smile, and unforgettable personality made an impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

A proud man of Hispanic and Apache heritage, Robert’s roots ran deep. He was the son of Jim Navarro Sr., originally from San Luis Potosí, Mexico, and Susie Loredo of Hubbard, Texas. He was a lifelong native of the Waco area, where he built lifelong friendships and was known for his kind heart, generous nature, and ability to make people laugh.

Robert had a passion for music, singing, dancing, and bringing people together. Whether there was a family gathering, a celebration, or simply a reason to smile, he was often the life of the party. He believed in enjoying every moment and making sure those around him did the same. One of the many phrases his loved ones will forever remember him by was, “Quit it, don’t stop it!”—a saying that perfectly reflected his playful sense of humor and love for keeping the fun going.

He sibling are his brothers Richard, Simon, Jim, Tony, Joe, and David; his sisters Betty, Irene, Lydia, Beatrice, Carmel, and Nancy; he is lovingly surviced by many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members who will cherish his memory for years to come.

Although his time with us was far too short, Robert’s laughter, love, and vibrant spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him. His family finds comfort in knowing that while he may be gone from their sight, he will never be gone from their hearts.

“Your song may have ended, but your music will forever echo through our family.”
