Ruth Anne Noyes, 66, of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania passed away on May 26th, 2026 peacefully

Born on June 26th, 1959 in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, she was the child of Cecil and Laura Galford. Ruth Anne Noyes graduated from high school and went on to have a career as an alarm dispatcher, computer company owner, crisis counselor and medical assistant.

Outside of work, she had a passion for reading and helping others and was best known for her quick wit and kindness.

She is survived by her husband Raymond, son David, sister Robin and recently deceased brother Bill.
