Sherri Ann Bailey

Sherri Ann Bailey was lifted into the arms of Jesus Saturday morning, October 29, 2022, at her Moody residence.  She was 57.   The visitation will be 10:00 A.M to 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 3, 2022, in the Chapel of Grace Gardens Funeral Home, 8220 Woodway Dr., Waco.   The funeral service will follow at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel with Rev. Keith Stevens officiating.  For those unable to attend, the service will be live streamed on her page at www.gracegardensfh.com.  Interment will follow in Moody Cemetery in Moody, Texas.

Sherri was born Sept. 29, 1965, in Gatesville, Texas, the daughter of Archie Garnett and Anna Mae (Campbell) Bailey and graduated from Moody High School in 1984.

Sherri was so loved and left our hearts broken, however; we are comforted by the knowledge that Jesus has taken away her pain and suffering.  Throughout her life, Sherri loved pets.  She raised a baby Starling bird, whom she taught to talk, to everyone’s amazement. The bird lived fifteen years in her loving care.  Sherri loved everyone she met, had the sweetest smile and woke up each day thanking God for his love and blessings.

Preceding her in death were her paternal grandparents Charlie and Jewell Bailey; maternal grandparents, Franklin and Lorene (Barker) Campbell.

She leaves behind her parents, Archie and Ann Bailey and a brother, Keith Bailey.
