Billie "Maxine" Keller

Billie “Maxine”  Keller (Jenkins), 88 of Waco, TX passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022.

She was born March 24, 1934 in Temple, TX to Ernest Andrew and  Emmie Gerturde (Fincher) Jenkins.

Maxine was a member of Bellmead First Baptist Church for a number of years and has always worked in the medical field. Working for Dr. King and then at Providence Hospital in Medical Records for 35 years before retiring.

She was a caring and giving person. Always willing to help and care for people when needed and volunteering her time with several different organizations.

Survivors include her oldest son Kenny Keller, brother Ernest E.C. Jenkins. Three grandchildren; Kinna and husband Justin Jones, Stephen and wife Lindsey Keller, and Kevin and wife Tiffany Keller.  Eleven great-grandchildren; Garrett and wife Marye, Seth, Dillon, Caroline, Emily, Coral, Kiersten, Jameson, Sidney and Kolby. And two great-great-grandchildren; Knox and Melody along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Billy, son Gregory Keller, sister Dorthy Merreill and daughter-in-law Sherri Keller.

We will have a visitation on Friday, April 15, 2022 5:30-7:30pm at Grace Gardens funeral home. We hope that you stop by and share some life long stories for such a wonderful Mom, Aunt, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and friend to so many.
