Dora Ruth (Nesselrote) Lawhon

Dora Ruth Lawhon went home to be with the Lord on May 11th, 2022.  She3 was a wonderful wife, mother and friend.  She is survived by her husband, Jim Lawhon of Hewitt; daughter, Annie Lawhon of San Antonio; nieces, Shirley Short of Spencer, West Virginia; Carolyn Stalacker of Cross Lanes, West Virginia; nephew, John Hitchings of Sebastopol, California.

Dora was born in Gay, West Virginia and graduated from High School.  She spent four years in the Air Force.  She worked many years in Federal Service and then many for the State of Texas before retiring.

She was a blessing to all who knew her and she will be sorely missed.  May God bless you and keep you.
