Jane (Gaulding) Cook

Jane Cook passed away Tuesday night, May 9, 2023, at the age of 87.  Graveside services and interment will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. Kara Leslie officiating.

Jane was born July 14, 1935, in Waco, Texas, the only child of the late Tommy E. and Evelyn Nina (Dumas) Gaulding.  In 1954, she graduated from Waco High School and continued her education at Baylor University. On February 19, 1960, she married Richard Netherland Cook in Waco, Texas who preceded her in death March 29, 2022, in Waco, Texas at the age of 87.

Jane was a member of Lakewood Christin Church and has been said to have read the Bible on a daily basis.  She also enjoyed watching General Hospital.

Survivors include a son David N. Cook, a daughter; Cathy Elaine Cook, granddaughters Katelyn Elaine Rodriguez, Kaysi Elizabeth Rodriguez; great granddaughters; Marleigh Amos, Skylar Williams and soon to be Isabella Williams.
