Linda Langdale passed away in the early morning hours into the loving arms of her Savior Jesus Christ on July 26, 2022, at the age of 77. A visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 in the parlor of Grace Gardens Funeral Home, 8220 Woodway Dr. The graveside services and interment will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at Waco Memorial Park with Chaplain Larry Holden officiating.
Linda was born November 22, 1944, in Bynum, Texas, the daughter of the late Leslie and Minnie Pearl (Sheffield) Goodman. She attended school in Bynum, Abbott and Hillsboro where she excelled in her studies and played sports. Throughout her life, she enjoyed cooking and sharing her recipes with others. Linda had a green thumb with her flowers, especially roses, she also enjoyed bird watching. Linda was devoted to her Lord Jesus Christ and her beloved family.
Preceding her in death was her brother, Bennie Goodman and her sister Jo Ann Clements.
Survivors include three sons; Steve Langdale and wife Laura, Randol Langdale and wife Kathy, Kenneth Langdale and wife Laura; sister Irene Greenhill, four brothers, Ernest Goodman and wife Ellen, James Goodman, Bobby Goodman, Ronnie Goodman and wife Vicki; four grandchildren; Nick Langdale and wife Audrey, Ross Langdale, Eathan Langdale and fiancé Katie Lee and Brady Langdale.
The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to The Brazos of Waco, Baylor Scott and White Hospice and Visiting Angels for their care and concern for Linda. Linda’s sons want to express their deepest gratitude and heartfelt thanks to Laura D. Langdale for her constant care and support of our mother the past several years.
