Linda Mae (Bayes) Schreiner

Linda Mae Bayes-Schreiner (NINNY), 77, of Waco, went to her eternal home to live with her Lord and Savior on Friday, May 14, 2021 surrounded by her loved ones.  Funeral Services will be 10 am, Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home.  Interment to follow at Rosemound Cemetery.  A visitation with the family will be 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Wednesday, May 19 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home.

Linda was born in Waco, Texas to Rufus and Ruby Bayes on October 29, 1943.  She was raised by her beloved PaPa Warren and Granny Clara Bayes.  Linda loved reading, gardening and spending time with her family.  She loved her Gloryland Church family and helping with all activities there until she became unable.  She truly had a servant heart.

Linda was preceded in death by both parents, PaPa and Granny Bayes, 3 sisters, 3 aunts and 3 uncles.

Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Edward “Eddy” Schreiner; brother Ricky Bayes and wife Roxanne; Daughters, Terry Smith and companion Rex Russell, Cheryl Jenkins and husband David; 4 granddaughters; 3 great granddaughters; 5 great grandsons; 1 great great grandson and 1 great great granddaughter to carry on her legacy.

Pallbearers will be Landyn Berry, David Jenkins, Chayse Russell, Choyce Russell, Rex Russell and Aiden Sipe.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to her church, Gloryland Waco, 212 Chama Dr, Hewitt, TX 76643, to further the Kingdom.
