Wes was born on December 18, 1970 to Don and LaBecca (Little) Ledbetter in Stephenville, Tx.
Wes grew up in Olton, Tx and moved to Pflugerville, Tx in 1986 where he quickly became known
for his skills on the basketball court. Wes was affectionately known as ‘Bug’ to his teammates.
After graduating from Pflugerville High School in 1989 he went on to study business at
Southwest Texas State University graduating in 1994. Wes went on to a career in the financial
services industry and was most recently employed with Stiba Wealth Management.

quickly became inseparable and were married on May 4, 2013, in Cozumel Mexico. They will
forever be dancing together “Into the Mystic”. Wes was the proud stepfather of Jordan and
spent many weekends traveling and watching her play softball and most recently was beaming
with pride as she graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Known as “Uncle Wes” to many, Wes had a joyful friendly spirit that will be missed by all. He
was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, and his passion could be heard from down the street on any
given Sunday. Wes enjoyed fantasy football and will be the forever reigning champion of the
Bunch of Chumps & Lump league. On a typical weekend, you could find Wes barbequing,
playing washers, or listening to Pearl Jam. His annual birthday chili cook-off was not to be
missed! He was never one to pass up a good concert or festival and had some great stories he
was always willing to share.
