William G Lee

William G. Lee passed away Sunday July 4, 2021, at the age of 89.  Visitation will be 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday, July 6, 2021, in the Parlor of Grace Gardens Funeral Home, 8220 Woodway Dr.  The funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 7, 2021, in the Chapel of Grace Gardens Funeral Home with Rev. John Collier officiating.  Interment, with Air Force Honors, will follow in Waco Memorial Park.

Mr. Lee was born December 3, 1931, in Honey Grove, Texas, the son of the late William Walter and Mary Virginia (Lyday) Lee. He served his country in the United States Air Force and retired after over twenty-two years of service.  After his military service, he entered into the insurance business as a salesman for American National Insurance Company for over twenty years.

In his spare time, he has enjoyed many good games of golf.

Also preceding him in death were his brothers and sisters; Walter Lee, Frank Lee, Katherine Johnson and LaVaghn Gibson.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Lee; Daughter Marla Austin; Son Brandon Lee Walker and wife Chelsea; granddaughter Lily Walker; great granddaughters, Kensey Walker, Morgan Walker. Other survivors include Theresa and her husband Doug Enhelder, Debra and her husband Keith Swindle, Michael Morris and his wife Ann, Jeffery and his wife Tammy Morris, Jennifer her husband Eddie Calderon, Raymond Morris; grandchildren, Cassondra Ramirez, Joe and Kendra Ramirez, Terry and Judy Norman as well as numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
